Valewire is a missed-call recovery and lead notification service operated by Michael Siemiradzki, sole proprietor, Chicago, Illinois ("we," "us," "our").
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When a call to a client business goes unanswered and is routed to our service, our automated call assistant collects: caller name, callback phone number, description of the service request, urgency, and the date and time of the call.
From our business clients we collect: business name, contact name, business phone number, mobile number for notifications, email address, and billing information.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Caller information is used solely to notify our business client of the missed call, by SMS and email. Business client information is used to provide the service, send notifications, communicate about the account, and process payment.
We do not use this information for advertising and we do not build marketing profiles.
SMS AND MOBILE INFORMATION
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use the following providers strictly to deliver the service: Twilio Inc. for telephony and SMS delivery, Vapi for the automated voice assistant, Make.com for workflow automation, Google Workspace for email and business records, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers process data only as necessary to operate the service.
DATA RETENTION
Call records and lead summaries are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service and maintain business records. Clients may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
DATA SHARING
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law.
YOUR CHOICES
Business clients may stop SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact us directly to opt out, request access to your data, or request deletion.
CHILDREN
This service is offered to businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
CHANGES
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted here with the date last updated.
