These terms govern use of the Valewire missed-call recovery service, operated by Michael Siemiradzki, sole proprietor, Chicago, Illinois.
THE SERVICE
When an inbound call to your business goes unanswered, the call is forwarded to our automated call assistant. The assistant answers, collects the caller's name, callback number, and a description of what they need, and delivers a summary to you by SMS and email.
SMS PROGRAM
By subscribing, you consent to receive automated SMS notifications at the mobile number you provide. Messages contain caller name, callback number, and service request details.
Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS notifications. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact michael@valewire.com or (773) 951-7699. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase of any other goods or services.
FEES AND BILLING
Service is billed monthly in advance. Fees are disclosed before you sign. Payment is processed by Stripe. Charges will appear on your statement under the name Michael Siemiradzki.
TERM AND CANCELLATION
Service is month-to-month and begins on the date you sign. You may cancel at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial-month refunds are not provided.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, forwarding your business line correctly, and responding to the leads we deliver. You confirm that you are authorized to consent to SMS at the number you provide.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We rely on third-party telephony and automation providers. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every call will be captured.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for lost business, lost profits, or indirect damages.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
